This dialysis clinic showcases Rheinlander Architects' expertise in designing specialized medical facilities for rural communities. Completed in May 2020, this project demonstrates our ability to create efficient, state-of-the-art healthcare spaces in challenging environments.
We developed a 13-bed dialysis care center with a comprehensive suite of facilities, including a lab, exam rooms, and administrative areas. The design features non-combustible construction with a parapet roof, a welcoming Porte Cochere, and a separate covered ambulance drop-off area for patient safety and comfort. Our team coordinated complex MEP elements required for a full-service dialysis clinic, seamlessly integrating them into the design for a cohesive interior décor. We worked within a limited design timeline, leveraging our experience from previous successful projects with this repeat client to deliver an efficient, functional facility.
The result was a clinic that not only met the technical requirements for dialysis care but also provided a comfortable environment for patients and staff. This project underscores our commitment to creating healthcare facilities that have a lasting positive impact on rural communities.
