Tim is responsible for preparing project specifications, reviewing product submittals, and performing periodic site visits to ensure compliance with construction documents.



Tim's extensive experience in the construction industry, including roles as Project Superintendent and Project Manager, provides him with a comprehensive knowledge of architectural services. He enjoys addressing every issue clients have, working efficiently and effectively to resolve issues before they become major problems.

Tim's work makes a difference by laying out the technical aspects of construction materials and ensuring compliance through site observations. He takes pride in ensuring clients receive what is designed. Tim is particularly proud of his role in delivering clear and concise details in the design process.

With a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and over 30 years in the industry, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. His background in construction led him to join Rheinlander Architects in 2010, where he offers the team and our clients valuable insights into the construction industry and perspectives on architectural design.

Tim’s inspiration comes from the principle, "If you are going to do it, do it right," instilled in him as a child and guiding his professional ethos. Tim is known for making complicated details easy to understand, fostering open communication and trust with clients and colleagues alike.
